About
The IT Certification Council (ITCC) is a community dedicated to growing and promoting professional IT certifications to support the world’s technology needs.
Our Approach
ITCC’s previous branding no longer reflected the evolution of their organization. Their administrators also needed a more efficient way to onboard members, manage invoices, and share event updates.
We collaborated with ITCC to design a custom member dashboard where users can log in, connect with peers, track task progress, and receive notifications about upcoming meetings and events. To make editing easier for staff, we built the dashboard on top of Elementor for WordPress, allowing for visual, drag and drop editing.
Before the redesign, applications had to be written and submitted manually to ITCC’s admins. To streamline this process, we created an online membership form to make sign-ups easier for members while significantly reducing admin workload.
The Results
Making onboarding easier didn’t just improve efficiency, it fueled ITCC’s growth. Today, they have a thriving community of 400+ members, 5 task forces actively driving initiatives, and 52 white papers published. Our ongoing collaboration ensures the member portal evolves with their needs, offering new features and benefits that support both administrators and members alike.
