How much does a website cost?
Custom WordPress website designs start at $3,500, but project costs vary depending on the size of the website and the needs of your business. After our initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a tailored estimate for the work we’ll be doing together.
Do I need web hosting?
Yes. Hosting is where your website lives on the internet. At Wicky, hosting and ongoing maintenance are included as part of our service. We take care of all the technical details to keep your site secure, up to date, and running smoothly for years to come. One year of hosting is included in every web design estimate, so there’s no additional cost to worry about.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most web design projects take 4-6 weeks to complete, though timelines can vary based on scope and requirements. While we do our best to run an efficient, streamlined project, timelines greatly depend on your clear communication and timely collaboration throughout the project.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can split our web design projects in 2 payments. 50% upfront and 50% before launch of the website.

Will I be able to make updates myself?
Yes! Many of our clients prefer a hands-on approach and manage updates to their websites themselves. We build our sites using Elementor for WordPress, which makes editing visual and easy. When your website launches, we can provide a series of training videos to walk you through how to make updates.
Do you help with content?
Yes! We can help you gather content, write copy, and source professional photography if needed. Since content drives the design process, we require all content upfront to move the project forward smoothly. Many clients already have brand guidelines, photos, and copy ready when they begin working with us, but if not, we partner with trusted professionals who can help.
Do you provide SEO services?
At Wicky, our primary focus is creative web design and development. While we don’t offer ongoing SEO services, we collaborate with trusted partners who can assist with organic search rankings, PPC, and social media advertising.
Can I hire Wicky to make updates to my existing website?
It depends. In most cases, we only make updates to websites that we’ve built and host for our clients. We generally do not work on websites developed by other providers, though there are rare exceptions.
If you’re looking for expert guidance on how to improve your website, we do offer a website audit. This detailed report highlights what’s working well, what needs improvement, and where there’s room to grow. You can use the audit to make updates yourself or share it with your developer.
Can I hire you to fix my broken website?
We do not provide technical support for websites that we did not build. This includes repairing broken websites or completing projects abandoned by previous designers. We kindly ask that you do not contact us with technical support requests for third-party sites, as we are unable to respond to them.
