Can you help with my existing brand and website?
Yes, most of our clients come to us with an established brand and website that they’re looking to refine, modernize, or improve. We also work with new businesses that are just getting started and need support building their brand and digital presence from the ground up.
For existing businesses, we typically recommend beginning with a brand and website audit. This allows us to evaluate what’s working well, identify areas for improvement, and provide clear, actionable direction for moving forward with confidence.

How long does a project take?
Most projects are completed within 4–6 weeks. However, timelines can vary based on the size and complexity of the project. At the start of every engagement, we’ll provide a clear timeline and project roadmap so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we typically split projects in 2 payments. 50% upfront and 50% before launch.
Do you use templates?
No. Every project is a custom one of a kind design created for the unique needs of your brand and business.
Do you use AI to create designs?
No. At Wicky, we do not use generative AI tools in our design process. We believe that relying on AI often leads to generic, less effective outcomes that don’t support the development of a strong, distinctive brand.
We take a traditional, hands-on approach to design, where every detail is crafted by experienced professionals. While some may consider this old school, we believe that nothing replaces the creativity, judgment, and nuance of human craftsmanship when it comes to producing meaningful, high-quality work.
Do you outsource?
No, we do not outsource and never will. Unlike many agencies, we’re a team of experienced designers and developers who handle all design, development, and 3D work entirely in-house.
