01. No Outsourcing
Many companies outsource their work, leading to shoddy development, poor communication, and ineffective designs. We don’t, and we never will. All of our design and development work is done in house. Throughout your entire project, you’ll be working directly with us.

Call us “old school,” but we believe the best work still comes from real humans who can challenge and understand the strategy, quirks, and unique needs of your business.
We don’t do robots, AI design templates, “vibe coding” or any other shortcuts. Every decision is made with strategy and purpose behind it.

We launched Wicky in 2014, building on years of hands-on experience. We’re talking all the way back to the days of Geocities and sparkly cat GIFs.

Mark specializes in solving complex development challenges and the behind the scenes of keeping our clients’ websites running seamlessly.
Barbara DiLisio
Barbara is Wicky’s brand strategist and designer. She is passionate about diving into businesses to uncover their goals and creating solutions that are both visually engaging and results-driven. Working closely with clients, she guides strategy and design, turning complex visions into reality.
